       導熱脂是由導熱填料和基礎樹脂組成，索邁電子提供含硅和非硅系列導熱脂，含硅導熱脂使用硅油做基礎油，使用溫度高達180℃，而非硅導熱脂最高使用溫度高達150℃。導熱脂可以人工刷涂或者采用絲網印刷來作業(yè)。

       Thermal grease is composed of heat transfer filler and base resin. Somai electronics provides silicon containing and non silicon series thermal grease. Silicon containing thermal grease uses silicon oil as base oil, and the service temperature is as high as 180 ℃, while the maximum service temperature of non silicon thermal grease is as high as 150 ℃. Thermal grease can be brushed manually or screen printed.
