       導(dǎo)熱相變化材料是一類以相變化材料為基材制成的導(dǎo)熱材料，具有相變化的特性。使用時(shí)，當(dāng)器件的工作溫度超過(guò)材料的相變化溫度時(shí)，相變材料就會(huì)變軟且粘度降低，填充到熱源和散熱器之間，相對(duì)于普通導(dǎo)熱材料，相變材料擁有更好的潤(rùn)濕性，接觸熱阻更低，導(dǎo)熱效果更好。
