       導熱相變化材料是一類以相變化材料為基材制成的導熱材料，具有相變化的特性。使用時，當器件的工作溫度超過材料的相變化溫度時，相變材料就會變軟且粘度降低，填充到熱源和散熱器之間，相對于普通導熱材料，相變材料擁有更好的潤濕性，接觸熱阻更低，導熱效果更好。
